As our General Manager – Defence Operations, Neil holds responsibility for delivery of services across our extensive Defence portfolio. This encompasses full Facilities Management services for Air Force, Army and Navy facilities, in addition to our Antarctic Support Contract for the United States National Science Foundation’s Antarctic operations, based in Christchurch.
Joining PAE in early 2023, Neil has over 20 years’ leadership experience, having previously held operational leadership roles across both Central Government and the private sector. Neil commenced his career in the New Zealand Army and has spent time overseas contracting back to various international Defence and Government organisations. In addition to his strong defence background, Neil’s experience also spans the Natural Resources, Aviation and Agricultural sectors.
Neil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, qualifications in Education and Health & Safety and continues to study emerging leadership practices.
