New Zealand’s local facilities management leaders
For more than 30 years PAE New Zealand has been 100% focused on providing best-in-the-business facilities management and maintenance services across Aotearoa – and now we’re also 100% iwi and whānau owned as part of Kā te Rama Switched On Group.
Established in 1991, PAE NZ is one of the largest FMS providers in the country and we’re known for our customer care and retention. One of our first contracts was with Te Ope Kātua o Aotearoa New Zealand Defence Force, and nearly three decades later we still have a strong relationship.
We supply facilities management and maintenance services to both public and private sector customers across industries. From a single commercial site through to a complex national government property portfolio, we’ve developed a business with the scale and experience to support New Zealand’s built assets, as well as providing specialised services including logistics, asset management and supply chain management.
PAE NZ is proud to be the only national, iwi and New Zealand-owned facilities management provider appointed to the All-of-Government Property Consultancy Services – Asset Management Panel.
What truly makes us FMS leaders are the people who’ve built PAE NZ; our staff and subcontractors drive our strong focus on excellence in service delivery. With 5,500 people working across 4000 buildings and more than 230,000 maintenance jobs annually, we have a strong track record with our customers established through the daily interactions of our workforce.
Our legacy in New Zealand now continues as a proudly Māori-owned enterprise, with majority shareholding from Te Rūnanga o Toa Rangatira. Our partnership with Kā te Rama Switched On Group strengthens our large-scale facilities and asset management services nationally and adds specialist social and community housing maintenance capabilities.
