Clinton joined PAE at the beginning of 2023 as our General Manager Operations, responsible for service delivery across all our Commercial and Government customers (excluding Defence).
Prior to joining PAE, Clinton spent more than a decade on the Leadership Team of a large, national service provider, specialising in the delivery of soft services across a range of strategic regional and national customers. Clinton has also held project, leadership and business management roles in both New Zealand and Australia within the leisure and fitness sector. With an extensive history in senior management roles, Clinton has led large operational delivery functions, had direct oversight of customer relationships and displayed an energetic and dynamic approach to leadership, resulting in exceptional customer outcomes.
Clinton holds a Diploma of Teaching, a Bachelor of Education as well as a Diploma of Policing and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Victoria University, Wellington.
