Building Management

We can offer a comprehensive facilities management approach to the management of buildings - both residential and commercial. We have skilled and long-serving trades staff and managers to carry out a wide scope of services in this area. Our staff are multi-skilled in a number of areas and PAE is committed to on-going training and development of their staff. A key element of building management is the on-going maintenance of buildings - as such compliance testing and regular checks by qualified personnel are of paramount importance. PAE takes this function seriously - as a result the client can have total confidence that their valuable assets are being well looked after.

With technical support being provided both from national and overseas company resources PAE is able to ensure all legal requirements are met and are fully informed on industry developments and changes.
