Ancillary Services

We provide supplementary services in addition to Facilities Management core functions. These include:

• Consultancy Services Because of the number of skilled senior staff and managerial personnel that PAE has - as well as the expertise of MWH - we are able to offer consultancy in a variety of areas. We can offer peer reviews, engineering reports, assistance in writing specifications, and can submit recommendations that will benefit our clients. Included in our management team are a number of qualified engineers - their abilities combined with considerable site knowledge and long-serving skilled staff gives us the capacity to provide effective solutions that are comprehensive and cost-effective.

• Security As workplace Health & Safety and internal management systems become more sophisticated, site security becomes an increasingly important factor of a site's operations. PAE is involved in both roving and gate security at a number of locations, and as a Certified Security Company is well equipped to deal with any client requirements for security services.

• Swimming Pool Management Complete pool maintenance including machinery, chemicals, and cleaning is provided by qualified staff. We have trained lifeguards who carry out pool supervision and water testing functions for pool facilities at Linton. PAE staff are trained to NZ lifeguard standards. The Linton pool requires a high level of capabilities as the facilities provide for underwater hockey and kayaking activities as well as catering to a number of community and school groups, and the general public.
