Simon joined PAE in 1994 as the Contract Manager for Mid Central Health Grounds Maintenance contract. Upon completion of this contract he was promoted to be the Contract Manager for our comprehensive facilities maintenance contract with NZ Army at the Linton Military camp.
Simon is a qualified Horticulturist, specialising in nursery management with a strong background in grounds maintenance. He spent two years training and gaining experience at the New Zealand Nursery Research Centre situated at Massey University in Palmerston North before completing a Diploma in Nursery Management.
Simon returned to the Research Centre as a technician for a further two years before taking up a position with the Manawatu Wanganui Area Health Board. Simon has had more than twelve years experience overseeing and managing maintenance and operations contracts, both in government and the private sectors. |
