Paul Watts Area Contracts Manager Registered Electrician Certificate of Health and Safety in the Workplace NZIM Certificate in Supervisory Management

Paul joined PAE in August 2005 to run the Housing New Zealand Contract which encompasses approximately 4,600 houses within the Horowhenua, Manawatu, Central Plateau, Wanganui and Taranaki regions.

In January 2008, Paul assumed the role of Area Manager, remaining primarily responsible for the Housing New Zealand Contract, but also for a range of FM Contracts in the Manawatu/Taranaki region, including significant clients such as the Western Institute of Technology and Methanex New Zealand.

Paul comes from an Electrical Trade background with over 20 years' experience in the Electrical and High Voltage industry.
