Diane has over thirty years experience in the corporate office environment, and for several years this involved high level executive support. Her understanding of the complete operations within PAE's business at all levels has made her the ideal person to take responsibility for Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Human Resources. Diane currently works very closely with the Contract Managers at PAE's sites in implementing, maintaining and improving systems.
In her role as National Business System Manager, Diane has ongoing overall responsibility for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of PAE's Business Management System. She is also responsible for maintaining PAE's national ISO certification and membership of the ACC Workplace Safety Management Practices Programme through regular audits.
