The HNZC maintenance contract covers an area from as far South as the Kapiti coast, moving North through Masterton, Horowhenua, Manawatu, Wanganui, Central Plateau and Taranaki. PAE looks after the maintenance of approximately 4500 houses including Urgent, General, Vacant, Planned, Exterior painting and Capital/Project works. Based in various locations the contract is run with both staff and subcontractors covering all trade groups.

The contract is performance based with various measures put in place to ensure quality and timeliness of all work. To ensure these requirements are met PAE employs a full time quality co-ordinator ensuring work is always done to a high standard.

Also under this umbrella work is also carried out for rural HNZC and other clients with housing maintenance needs.
