Who We Are

PAE is one of the fastest growing and most successful facilities management and operations maintenance contractors working in New Zealand.

Established in 1991 as a joint venture between Pacific Architects and Engineers Incorporated (PAE) and MWH New Zealand, we have grown from nothing to over 375 staff in just 15 years. As you’d expect, our annual revenue, client base, service offering and geographic coverage have also grown substantially.

In September 2006 one of PAE (New Zealand) Limited's shareholders, Pacific Architects and Engineers Incorporated (PAE) was purchased by Lockheed Martin Corporation. Headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, Lockheed Martin employs about 140,000 people worldwide and is principally engaged in the research, design, development, manufacture, integration and sustainment of advanced technology systems, products and services.

For PAE (New Zealand) this means that we will have access to greater resources, more expansive operational flexibility and a broader spectrum of services, which will better position us to address our customers' expanding, specialised and ever evolving needs. Lockheed Martin undoubtedly shares our commitment to performance excellence, ethics and integrity, our promise to partner with our customers and our dedication to providing rapid response and quality services.

The change has no affect on our very strong relationship with our other shareholder, MWH New Zealand, and we continue to utilise their internationally recognised engineering expertise to underpin the services we provide.

Through the financial, technical and logistical backup of our shareholders, we have access to global and local expertise in facilities maintenance, operations and maintenance services that is second to none.
